The Folder View plasma widget does not update folder icon change when done using dolphin.
To reproduce, create a folder in desktop and change it's icon in dolphin. The icon on the widget remains unchanged.
This happens only with the default "Desktop" folder view widget that comes with a fresh KDE install.
