Version:            (using KDE 4.1.2)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

When I run fonts settings module in RTL, it show the labels and button as LTR mode without any change. 

if you run kcmshell4 fonts -reverse (in konsole) you should get all labels in the right side and the select buttons in the left side . 

See the attached screenshot which display the current layout and the correct layout in the RTL mode .

This is fixed in current trunk.

Fix will be in KDE 4.3
