Sentry Crash Report:

Description Hannes Kuhnert 2008-10-09 13:53:02 UTC
Version: 0.7.2 (using 4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.25.15

Every serious two-sided document or book starts with an odd-numbered page—on the right hand side, of course.

Consequently also Okular should show odd pages on the right and even pages on the left in facing pages view mode. (Yes, if all pages have the same size this results in a blank starting position.) With the current placement the facing pages view of Okular is nearly useless.

Some of the predecessors of Okular did it right, some did it wrong.
