Well, I was slightly wrong with respect to that, actually. To elaborate, and be a bit more precise: the background image on the body doesn't get painted, but if I add stuff to the static flow, it does. Seems like it should get clipped against the canvas or such?

Spart fixed this for 4.2.2..
