The tab descriptions get somehow mixed up, the right descriptions and icons go to the wrong tab. *See screenshot below

Which steps (open/close/move tab) are required to reproduce this problem?

I've seen this too. Opening a bunch of links from a web page (e.g. /.) to background tabs by clicking middle mouse button and then close second tab from left. Tab descriptions are now mixed.
