Completely inreadable without Zooming right in.
Adobe reader has no such problem.
Hello Tony, Okular does not load and render PDF documents by itself, but uses a library called Poppler. The problem is in that library, so you should report a bug in its bug tracking system, https://bugs.freedesktop.org, "poppler" product.
