It would be nice if hyperlinks in dvi files could be displayed and honored in the same way new versions of xdvi do.  It makes TeXing large science texts so much easier!

Settings -> Configure Okular -> Accessibility -> Draw border around links?

Indeed, that works!  Since the pdf backend (and xdvi) show the links by default I didn't even bother to look in the settings menu.

Incidentally, the borders are drawn not quite properly though.  They are a bit to small and sometimes not quite on the text of the link.

We draw the areas the document reports. If the specified areas match the text in a strange way, there's little we can do.
