Jean Marc, This problem is now fixed in current implementation from svn (0.9.5 for KDE3, and 0.10.0 for KDE4) : all image editor tool dialogs have been removed. All tool are now embedded into editor window. This increase usability everywhere. Look this screencast : http://www.digikam.org/drupal/node/370 Nota : unlike the blog entry said, _all_ image editor tools have been ported like this, including sharpen tool. Gilles Caulier Thanks - you guys are definitely reading my mind... Digikam is already by far my favorite tool for a JPEG digital photography workflow, and it keeps getting better ! |
