The "Message Mtructure Viewer" cannot be minimized (by dragging the separator to the bottom). The same problem applies to the "Favorite Folder Viewer". Minimising them was posible in KDE 3.5.9 version of KMail. 
They can disabled from the settings, but I would like to have the "Message Structure Viewer" at hand.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.

I can't test with a KMail2 for the moment with my distro. I'll come back
when I'll be able to access it.
