Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

Steps to reproduce the bug:
- enable tab bar plugin using the settings page
- tab bar is loaded
- close kate
- start kate
- the tab bar is NOT loaded

After loading the tab bar, choose Session > Save as Default. Does that work then?
