When trying to sending an gpg encrypted mail to a person who has no encryption preferences set in the addressbook kmail opens a window to inform which keys will be used for encryption. If you select an option so that an address book entry will be created, kmail set the recipient name and recipient mail as email address to the addressbook, but should only set recipient mail address to it. 
E.g. sending a mail to A B <blub@test.invalid>, the resulting email address in the address book will be A B <blub@test.invaild> and not only blub@test.invalid

kmail 1.11.2 no longer asks to save recipient address to addressbook in order to send encrypted message. Please file separate bug in case you have problems storing addressbook entries generally.
