Konqueror's icon launch effect is not implemented in Dolphin in Kubuntu.

Thanks for the report, but I'm not sure what you mean with "icon launch effect". If you mean an animated mouse cursor showing that an application is loading: this has been implemented. Maybe you can give us an additional hint :-)

I am the reporter of the bug. It is not KDE bug, it is a Kubuntu bug only, because the feature was only in Kubuntu distro, not in KDE.

OK, thanks for the update. I've set the issue to WORKSFORME (bugs.kde.org does not contain distribution specific KDE issues).
