Indeed. After all the tag architecture is in place, it seems to be only a tiny extension to have tagging as a filter action. This would make tags incredibly more useful (KMail "prereading" your mail, tagging it based on keywords in its content -- just like a personal secretary :-). The "btw" above appears to be quite different, and other wishes could be filed for easier creation of filters. But that is another topic. I agree, this would be really useful to me. Thanks for adding. any change to implement this for 4.3 release? ..chance.. :) What would be really really great is if this info could be pushed back to the server some how so that tagging on one computer gets picked up by the others *** Bug 180917 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** I've written a patch to allow adding a tag as a filter action.
