Are you using opengl slideshow (which provide a settings dialog) ?

There are 2 Slideshow tools

- one without any effect (F9)
- one as kipi-plugins which provide a settings dialog. It provide opengl effect

ah, now i see. but both slideshows are sorted according to the folder view?
for the order of the slideshow it makes no difference. so maybe I should correct my initial problem: pictures are generally not ordered correctly by exif date.

stephan

Closing some old bugreports that are related to old digiKam version, and that have not received answers for two years now.

If you think the reports are still valid, feel free to re-open them, but please provide updates and do not just open them without giving feedback.

Can you reproduce the problem with this release ?
Comment 7 caulier.gilles 2016-07-15 20:51:53 UTC
With digiKam 5.0.0, this problem is not reproducible.
I close this file now. Don't hesitate to re-open if necessary.
