do not send mail server errors back to reporter

This is really annoying -- I post a report or a comment and then I get mail server error that someone on CC list didn't get the mail. What am I supposed to do with those mails?

If there is an error, pity, delete that mail, and don't flood-mail people just because some account is gone (probably that is the reason of those errors).
