controller mode: drag&drop of plasmoid is possible with RMB

Steps.
1. unlock plasmoids
2. open controller for the panel
3. LMB on any plasmoid for d&d
4. d&d
5. as (3) but try RMB

This is wrong, RMB is meant to show context menu. Please do not redefine such behaviour because it only increases confusion for the user (here it means this, there it means that).

in trunk it correctly shows the context menu
