provide optional accelerator highlighting

Note how accelerators are made distinct from other letters -- only by subtle underscore. It may be too little for some users (it does not help spotting accelerators too much for sure).

When user presses alt it would be useful to highlight accelerators -- for example non-accelerators text in menus could be dimmed a little, accelerator key could be in bold, instead of underscore could be drawn small triangle. Or change of color.

Hi,

kdelibs (version 4 and earlier) is no longer maintained since a few years.

KDE Frameworks 5 or 6 might already have implemented this wish.

If not, please re-open against the matching framework if feasible or against the application that shows the issue.

We then can still dispatch it to the right Bugzilla product or component.
