Would be very handy to have the Favorite Folder pane autoupdate with the recently used folders in a FIFO way.
Would need the following:
- Ability to lock down certain folders (always stay there)
- Ability to exclude certain folders (ie spam) from the Favorite list
- Parameter for max number of folders in the list
- Automatic add of a folder when you use it. At the same time auto remove of the oldest entry of the removable ones.

This is implemented in some mailreaders (Exmh) and is very handy when you have many folders and is sorting your inbox or other mailboxes.

It would also be nice if the Favorite folder pane would be customizable (Fonts, color etc.)

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.

Still valid for kmail2. It seems like I entered it twice though and the first one I already trasnferred to kmail2 at the request from yesterday. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=305372

Is the other one 65790? If 169783, 65790 and 305372 are the same bug, I would move all on the older one (65790), if you don't mind.

Yep, they are all same. But I think the entry here contains the best description on what I am asking/begging for.
