I'm currently missing the crypto plugin (GPG) in kopete of KDE4. Is it planned to be implemented in near future?

the cryptography plugin is in extragear now and is not included in the default kopete packages. your distribution should have a separate package for it. If Kubuntu doesn't have a package, please file a bug with them.
