While this isn't meant to directly answer your request, I should point out that it's possible to drag nicknames from the message window to the input line. The click variant has been asked for a couple of times throughout the years, however, so I imagine we're eventually going to implement it. A proposal of implementation for this wishlist item: http://gitorious.org/konversation/konversation/merge_requests/41 |
Version: 1.1 (using KDE 3.5.9) Compiler: gcc 4.2.2 OS: Linux Installed from: Compiled From Sources I'd like to see a feature that makes it possible to click a nick in the message window and thereby copy it into the input line, maybe even with a ": " appended or something like that. I guess it would be best to have a configuration like this: Action to take when nick is clicked: [ ] Open query with user <--- current default [ ] Copy nick to input line as [$nick: ] <-- input field
