The normal oxygen (I think they should be renamed to oxygen & oxygen-red, btw. Usually, cards tend to be color with white background, not vice versa) cards have the 'vines with sprinkles' on all cards. Oxygen-white only has them on the face cards, not the number cards.

I just confirmed with the artist that this was, in fact, intentional.
