Version:           I do not know! (using KDE 4.0.5)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs
OS:                Linux

I was deleting a file after view it with okular, a PDF, then close the okular, which has open this file, (but I have anothers PDF opens in others okular instances), then the file was saved in the desktop, I proceed to delete with the red cross (X), iconic and selected yes to delete the file, and then crashed. The Kde crash handler says: The application Plasma workspace (plasma) crashed and caused the signal 11(SIGSEGV).

And also important is that I'm running a KDE version which, was not listed in this wizard, it's: 4.0.4 (KDE 4.0.4 =>20080505) "release 15.2"

Hello Bram Schoenmakers, 

I reported this bug, I seems like the problem has been fixed, is there any way to patch my KDE binaries without install 4.1 ? 
I'm running OpenSuSE 11, KDE 4.0.4
