Version:            (using KDE 4.1.0)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages
OS:                Linux

I am using Kopete 0.50.80 on Kubuntu 8.04. I configured my "Chat Window" preferences and checked off the following:

- DO not show user specified background color
- Do not show user specified foreground color
- Do not show user specified rich text

and I still get larger fonts from *some* email clients (iChat). The results are the same whether they are checked or not.

I can attach a screenshot up request or I can IM somebody from iChat so you can see the problem yourself.

You can see from the screenshot that my configuration is set to ignore other user's fonts, colors and styles but you can see it does not take effect by looking at the IM window.

Does this only happen with AIM messages?

I think this bug has returned to KDE 4.3.
