Description Michal Borek 2008-08-08 12:20:22 UTC
Version:           v0.9.7 (using 4.1.1 (KDE 4.1.0 (4.1 >= 20080722)) "release 21.1", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.0)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.25.11-0.1-pae

When I try to copy something with Ctrl+C or Ctrl+x, sometimes it doesn't work (pastes older selection).

I found it in bugs, but every bug is closed few years ago and refer to KDE 3.5.x not 4.1

I think it's very important thing, because you can lose data with ctrl+x operations (if you have no "Undo" function).

I can confirm this on Eclipse with KDE 4 or KDE 3.

same here. additionally (at least on amd64) with ctrl+x the last line is missing on insert, though it was selected.

Yeah, I noticed this too. Can you perhaps provide some clear way to reproduce this?

Also, please tell me do you have option "Synchronize clipboard & selection" turned on or off.
