With previous version "Save as" dialog had the expected behaviour (that we have in other OS also), that is:
you can select a file and it's name is copied in the filename klineedit edit box, so you can edit it and then press "Save" button.
With 4.1 instead if you select a file, the dialog is immediately closed and that filename is used to save the document.
I'm sure you consider it a bug/regression, so I will not enumerate the disadvantages this behaviour has compared with previous one.
