Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

In kontact of KDE4 the sidebar is too small when you use other than small icons (at least in the german version). That gives an ugly horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the sidebar and text not displayed in whole. There is a drag and drop area on which the mouse cursor changes to a resize cursor but it is not draggable and the sidebar cannot be adjusted to the needed size.

Closing, the sidebar developers says it is already fixed (probably didn't make it into the final release).
