Version:           4.1.00 (KDE 4.1.0) (using 4.1.00 (KDE 4.1.0), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.24-20-generic

When you switch active window, unfocused web forms in Konqueror have a blink cursor:

To reproduce

1) open Konqueror
2) Go to www.google.com
3) Focus on Google search text field
4) Click on any other window to make Konqueror inactive
Result: Cursor keeps blinking on inactive Konqueror

Using KDE 4.1.00 (KDE 4.1.0) (KDEmod) in ArchLinux i686:
I can reproduce this behaviour. but I think it's just a little detail :), more like a minor bug or a wish.
