Version:           0.7 (using KDE 4.0.98)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          gcc-4.1.2

I assigned the shortcut Ctrl-S to "Save copy as" which works fine. However if I restart the computer, this setting is forgotten.

Not reproducible, after another restart, everything still works.
