I suppose just something like xsetroot should do. I switch to old 'i810' videodriver instead 'intel' and turn window effects on with enabling only one 'logout' effect. No "white screens" at logout here. The KDE session launched normally, without big delays. Disabling Window Effects in KDE but leaving Composite "on" in xorg.conf resolve my ploblem |
