how to reproduce:
right click on akregator's title bar and select shade
akregator is now reduced to its title bar
click on akregator's systray applet
every other click the title bar moves across the desktop, a little downer and to the right.

I probably filled this bug against the wrong component as amarok has the same behavior.

Confirmed at least for Akregator.

This should be ok with Plasma 6.
