The browser toolbar is positioned far to the right of the toolbar pane. When fixing that manually, the toolbar is set back to the original odd position after switching away and back from the akregator plugin or closing/reopening kontact.
Additionally, the akregator toolbars in Settings > Toolbars are displayed without a name.
These problems do not occure in stand-alone akregator.

Cause my bug 167275 is marked as duplicate will add my experience. 
If I change position of tollbar in aggregator or kozganizer, toolbars are mover randomly in other apps. E.g. :
If toolbar is moved in kozganizer - toolbars in agregator are mover to. 
If toolbar is moved in aggregator - toolbars in korganizer are moved to.

Tollbars of other apps (kmail, kaddressbook) seems OK.

Kontact Version 1.3 Version 4.1.00 (KDE 4.1.0) (KDEmod) in ArchLinux i686:

I have some related problem.

If I change the KOrganizer toolbar position inside Kontact, and then switch to another component and back to the KOrganizer component/plugin, the KOrganizer toolbar doesn't honor my last change.

It still remains on  kde 4.1
