Confirmed. Happens when dragging an attachment out of the messageviewer in an IMAP folder where loading on demand is enabled. Workaround: Use "save as", which seems to work correctly. Confirmed bug still present on 4.2.2 (Kubuntu). Works for me in KDE 4.3 Reopen; http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=494585 suggests this bug still exists with KMail from SC 4.4.2 I wonder if bug 240489 could explain this report (no write permission on dragged attachments) Bug still present on 4.5.5 (Kubuntu) when dragging an attachment from a mail in KMail to KMail Compose window the resulting file will be 0 bytes in size. Works as expected with kdepim master. |
