Please read the following page and provide a useful backtrace for this crash : http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports Also mention the steps to reproduce this crash. Well, kmail crashed when I was reading book, and when I looked at my co provide a usefmputer, I noticed this crash. I have no idea, what may caused this. Well, it crashed again. Kmail was running in background, I was browsing the net. Kmail was running maybe 2 hours, maybe more... and bang, crash with this same error. No idea why. Might be related to bug 165540 Pasting the backtrace from Novell's bugtracker, which is more complete: #6 0xb6181529 in QUrl::QUrl () from /usr/lib/libQtCore.so.4 #7 0xb63f3df9 in KUrl (this=0xbfecbb64, _u=@0x56) at /home/dirk/src/kde/4.1/kdelibs/kdecore/io/kurl.cpp:404 #8 0xb69e6e5f in KIO::SchedulerPrivate::slotScheduleCoSlave (this=0x82bb308) at /home/dirk/src/kde/4.1/kdelibs/kio/kio/scheduler.cpp:883 #9 0xb69ea076 in KIO::Scheduler::qt_metacall (this=0x8108b58, _c=QMetaObject::InvokeMetaMethod, _id=10, _a=0xbfecbc58) at /home/dirk/src/kde/4.1/kdelibs/bgcc/kio/scheduler.moc:105 #10 0xb61d745a in QMetaObject::activate () from /usr/lib/libQtCore.so.4 #11 0xb61d79d2 in QMetaObject::activate () from /usr/lib/libQtCore.so.4 #12 0xb620ce37 in QTimer::timeout () from /usr/lib/libQtCore.so.4 #13 0xb61deb1e in QTimer::timerEvent () from /usr/lib/libQtCore.so.4 #14 0xb61d3d7f in QObject::event () from /usr/lib/libQtCore.so.4 #15 0xb53c3ecc in QApplicationPrivate::notify_helper () from /usr/lib/libQtGui.so.4 #16 0xb53ca31e in QApplication::notify () from /usr/lib/libQtGui.so.4 #17 0xb66f5211 in KApplication::notify (this=0xbfecc544, receiver=0x82bb324, event=0xbfecc104) at /home/dirk/src/kde/4.1/kdelibs/kdeui/kernel/kapplication.cpp:311 #18 0xb61c5bc1 in QCoreApplication::notifyInternal () from /usr/lib/libQtCore.so.4 #19 0xb61ee246 in ?? I'm sick of seeing that Kmail crashed - again, and again, and again... Please don't reopen, it is very likely the same problem as in bug 165540. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 165540 *** |
