Compiler:          gcc (GCC) 4.3.1 20080626 (prerelease)
 

When I start an application from konsloe, it does not respect my color scheme setting. Screenshot http://img528.imageshack.us/img528/9830/40135698in8.png -- konsole is dark (correct) but konqueror started from it is light.

Bug fixed in more recent KDE version.
