When you right click on a file which lies in the trash, it offers the "Restore" feature. This means that the system knows where this file comes from.
 
 Why do not display a this path in a specific column in Dolphin's trash view ? This would allow to sort (and thus select easier) the files using it, as well as determine which one it is when there a more than one file with the same name.
