Installed from:    SuSE RPMs
OS:                Linux

1. Place a Notes widget on the desktop
2. Rotate it, to see the note text in ~45 degrees.
3. Click right on the widget to see menu.
4. Try to move through menu with mouse.

(For those who do not want to try: Repaint is sometime trying to repaint the menu like it would not be rotated. Then, the result is, that the menu is badly repainted, blocks (rectangles) of menu missing etc.)

this is really the same problem at the root as 162913
