I see that there is some kind of fancy "smooth scrolling" in KDE4. I'm sure lots of people like that, but one could also have the possibility to have a faster scrolling method that does not try to be smooth, by turning the smooth scrolling off. Especially for people with not so fast computers :-)

Btw, it is most problematic in konqueror with internet pages when using the mouse wheel.

I had overlooked the smooth scrolling configuration in the konqueror configuration. It is possible to disable it, so I am closing this report.
