The cashew in the top right-hand corner is easy to hit but of limited functionality.

We need at least the option of having a cashew in the top left-hand corner that launches Kickoff, or can be configured into something useful.

Desktop Toolbox can be moved around nowadays and provides quite some useful options -> worksforme
