I've always wanted to be able to rearrange the applications currently open on the taskbar. It's not too important, but sometimes when constantly switching back and forth between two programs in particular, it'd be nice if I can move them next to each other.

This is not a duplicate of 165565, as 165565 wants to create grouping. All I'm asking for is rearrangement.

167095 however is a duplicate of this request.
