 Go to sys.settings and use double pixel size for icons. It will change the icon size but not the element size.

I'll rather stop here because if those bugs have common factor I'll be posting duplicates. So just for remainder (if not) menu, treeview, tabbar, section list, oh well, in short -- pretty everything I tried to test.

double sized pixel icons are now gone; the a11y people say they were obsoleted by things like monochrom icons and the kwin zoom tools.
