Point konqueror to http://pne.livejournal.com/398399.html the first big line must be showed with turned letters but this doesn't happen. Instead konqueror windows title an tab title (if tab enabled) are showed properly.
Moreover if you connect to http://www.revfad.com/flip.html in the "Flipped" text area (?) you can see the text correctly rendered.

KDE4 should fix this issue
