Description Bartemius Crouch 2008-07-12 17:39:56 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.0.83)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

I use no panel but have systemtray clock taskbar etc right on the desktop. unfortunately the systemtray has several problems:

1. Its always square.
2. icons are sometime placed outside of the trayarea.

Those are the important ones:
3. The tray should resize automatically with the amount of icons in horizontal or vertical direction.
4. the direction the tray expands into should be configurable.

I can confirm with this on 4.0.98,
Not exactly square, but you cannot resize on a single direction (Some aspect ratio is retained).
