If I have toolbar after Main Toolbar on one line in a chat window, at each new opening a chat window the second panel "run away", while there is a place in a window.

Maybe related to a lot of toolbar positioning bugs like:
bug 163772 , bug 164555 , bug 166202 , bug 167659 , bug 166984 , bug 164500

Have you experienced this bug again using a recent KDE (4.1.3 / 4.2beta2 / 4.2svn) ? (A lot of toolbar bugs were fixed for KDE4.2)

we need more information to solve this bug. It's quite possible that the bug has been fixed in a later release. Please provide the information requested in comment #2 and reopen the bug. Thanks.
