In the huge list of search engines available for konqueror there's no youtube search engine, which i think is very useful.
Someone (Malte Dik) wrote a youtube plugin and uploaded it on kde-apps.org (it is GPL), here's the link: http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php/Konqueror+webshortcut+for+Youtube?content=72320

I committed youtube search shortcut to trunk some day ago (will be in KDE 4.5)
