If  you turn on the HTML toolbar in the right click toolbar menu, then open a new tab or switch to a different tab, the toolbar will disappear.

I experience the same bug with OpenSuse 11.0, KDE 4.1.2 "release 49.1" (OpenSuSE factory rpms). Anything that I can do to help debug this?

I can reproduce this bug with Konqueror 4.1.2, Ubuntu packages 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu4. It was also present in 4.1.1.

This seems to be fixed KDE in 4.1.3. At least it works for me now.

Qt: 4.4.3 + qt-copy-patches-889120
KDE: 4.2.60 (KDE 4.2.60 (KDE 4.3 >= 20090106))

on ArchLinux x86_64 - Kernel 2.6.27.10

I can't reproduce this bug. Indeed, a lot of toolbar bugs were fixed.
