Version:           1.3 (using KDE 4.0.83)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

The "Save as" dialog in the mail component ( kmail 1.9.52 ) works not correct. If you change the folder to save into, the name of the attachment in "Loacation" is loosing.

Confirmed with kdelibs rev. 825760.

The file dialog comes from kdelibs, so reassigning to there.
