take a look at the screenshot - I closed firefox and it's not among processes anymore and the icon in taskbar is still there. When I click on it nothing happens. It disapears when I rotate the compiz cube.

and it works properly with other taskbars? (kicker, gnome-panel, xfce, whatever)

yes i've just installed xfce to check it . and there it works ok. BTW it's also with kde apps - for example ktip

seems to be fixed in 4.1.3 - can anyone confirm?
