"Suspend to ram" and "Suspend to disk" entries in Leave tab of the kickoff menu.

"Suspend to ram/disk" is really hard to find they are only available when shutdown screen pops up and they are hidden in the shutdown button(just a small triangle in the shutdown button).

I Agree! Nowadays "Hibernate" and "Suspend to Ram" are actions used more frequently than "Shutdown", therefore I don't understand why they are so well "hided".
