Version:           4.1 beta2 (using 4.00.83 (KDE 4.0.83 (KDE 4.1 Beta2), 4.0.83-1.fc9 Fedora)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.25.6-55.fc9.x86_64

When creating a new meeting the meeting time is not calculated properly.

can you provide a few more details please?

monthview? agendaview? 

what meeting time did you set and expect, and what time got created?

Ok, now I understand.

The meeting duration says "10 hours and 1minute" but should say "10 hours and 30 minutes"

I'm don't see that happening with the current version. I think we fixed this in the past couple days.  But I'll keep this bug report open just in case the problem re-occurs.
