Description Tony Murray 2008-06-21 00:15:56 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
Compiler: gcc version 4.3.1 (Gentoo 4.3.1 p1.0)
OS: Linux

I kind of have two issues to report here:
1. When "Slow Keys" is active, I cannot use my keyboard because:
        a. When holding down a key long enough to trigger the autorepeat triggers at the same time thus I can only type multiple key strokes at a time.
        b. The modifier keys also seem to be affected by slow keys making it impossible to use some key combinations.
2. Holding shift or other modifier keys activates slow keys. I often hold shift while I'm thinking before I start a sentence or while playing games, etc. Then, since I am trying to do something I will accidentally activate slow keys because I'm typing or something when it pops up. Next time I log in, I can't use my system so I log out (since mouse works and I can't ctrl-alt-f1 to a console) and drop to a console and modify ~/.kde/share/config/kaccess to fix it.

No response; assuming it was fixed since then.
